CCF Summer Stir Fry

With new fresh veggies being churned out in the CCF shares comes new inspiration for vegetable-dense meals! This recipe isn’t your classic stir fry that you’d get at a Thai restaurant, but rather it is much healthier and can be paired with any carbohydrate or protein of your choice!

First off.. here’s what you need:

-Garlic Scapes (chopped)
-Beet Greens (or chard)
-Chioggia Beets (sliced)
-Turnips (sliced)
-Radishes (chopped)

Fry this all up and stir in olive oil with salt and pepper! YUM!
