Kohlrabi is full of iron, magnesium, potassium and fiber! Kohlrabi is a staple ingredient in German cuisine. It has a similar consistency to broccoli stems and is a great addition to any summer dish. Pour this easy and DELICIOUS salad dressing onto your next homemade salad. This recipe was given to use by a shareholder and we tried it and LOVED it!
Kohlrabi Salad Dressing
What you need:
1/2 Cup Kohlrabi, chopped
1/2 Jalapeno, minced
1/4 Cup Scallion, minced
Orange Zest and juice of one Orange
Lime Zest and juice of one Lime
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Combine everything in a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use!
