Baked Frittata
Got a lot of eggs in your fridge? We do too. Here’s a recipe that will be put those eggs to use!

BAKED FRITTATA
Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-a handful of cheese
-1/4 cup of milk
-veggies, spices, salt, pepper and the kitchen sink!
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
-In a bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, cheese, veggies and seasonings all together.
-Dump this mixture into the baking dish.
-Allow to bake until the frittata looks golden and puffy. Stick a knife into the center to check how liquid the frittata is before removing it from the oven. Its usually done after cooking for about 25 minutes.
-EAT UP!
