One of the latest food trends is everything fermented. Whether it be Kombucha, Kimchi, Pickles, Relish, Kefir etc, these fermented foods have been shown to improve gut health. The living bacteria in all of these is important to counteract the “bad” bacteria living in your gut. While its easy to drop a lot of money on fermented foods, you can also make them on your own using organic CCF ingredients. Fermentation aids in digestion and metabolism. However, if you're not used to consuming fermented foods, don't be surprised if you have some stomach pain, bloating and gas after. Overtime your body will get used to fermented foods, resulting in fewer or none of these symptoms.
