It won't be long until it is time for our annual fall garlic planting! This fall we will be prepping and planting higher volumes of garlic cloves in hopes of a bigger harvest in 2020.  Garlic is not only a great tasting herb, but is considered a "superfood" because of its high nutritional value and its ability to boost your body's immune system.  Listed below are a few of the many benefits of garlic along with some garlic inspired recipes!
